During the retreat, you will receive comprehensive and personalised care. All treatments, as well as the Ayurvedic diet, are tailored to your individual needs, so that you can feel the beneficial effects after just a short time. Guidance from experienced therapists will help you to better understand the causes of your ailments, become more aware of your body’s signals, and activate your physical and mental energies. At the same time, you will learn to question your habits, integrate beneficial routines into your daily life and optimise your diet in the long term according to Ayurvedic principles.
At the start of the programme, a detailed medical history will be taken and your individual dosha type determined – that is, the balance of the three fundamental energies: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. In preparation, you will receive a questionnaire before your arrival. On this basis, all treatments will be individually tailored to your constitution and your current state of well-being. These include daily massages with Ayurvedic oils as well as further therapeutic treatments as required. In addition, you will receive personalised dietary recommendations that you can incorporate into your daily routine on a long-term basis, even after your retreat. Daily yoga sessions and freshly prepared meals based on Ayurvedic principles support the cleansing and regeneration process. Throughout your stay, our experienced therapists will be on hand to offer advice at any time. Each day of the retreat can optionally begin with a yoga session and ends with a group gong meditation.
Daily consultations, Ayurvedic oil treatments, massages and personalised dietary recommendations are tailored to your needs. All meals are freshly prepared according to Ayurvedic principles. Accommodation, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner, are included in the retreat price. Furthermore, the unique natural surroundings, with their diverse flora and fauna, promote relaxation, regeneration and balance. The retreat was built from sustainable straw bales and is equipped with a ventilation system.
To ensure you are fully prepared, we recommend adjusting your diet one week before the course begins. You will receive the relevant information in good time before your arrival. To deepen the effects in the long term, we recommend continuing the programme for a further week at home after your return. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary information and dietary recommendations for this (not included in the programme price).
